WHO:

YOU! And hundreds of Jewish youth, ALL AGES,
representing ALL synagogues, temples, religious
schools and youth groups in metro Detroit.

WHAT :

The Second Annual "Walk for Yad Ezra" to raise
money to feed the Jewish hungry.

WHEN:

Sunday, October 10, 1993

Registration 12:30 p.m., Walk 1:00 p.m.

WHERE:

Jewish Community Center Campus
(Maple & Drake).

HOW:

Students have received sponsor packets from
their schools and youth groups with instructions
enabling them to collect donations from family,
friends, and neighbors they know.

When they arrive on the 10th they will turn in their
donations and receive a "Walk for Yad Ezra" visor
and a kosher snack. The Walk will then take place
on the JCC grounds, approximately 1 1/2 miles.
Visors will be guaranteed to the first 500 walkers
who preregister. If you did not receive a packet,
call Yad Ezra at (313) 548-3663.

MORE:

The Walk will occur rain or shine

Participants who are unable to attend can still help
raise money. Call Yad Ezra (548-3663).

The event will be over by 3:00 p.m., if not sooner.

Parents are encouraged to attend.
