Mrs. Leemon will make her perma- nent home in Boca Raton, Fla. She has been president of Metropolitan Detroit Coun- cil, served on the national board and held the office of national president of Na'amat/USA. In addition, she holds key positions on the national boards of Histadrut, JNF, Israel Bonds, UJA, United Israel Appeal and the executive committee of AIPAC. She has been a delegate to four World Zionist Congress- es and has served on the pre- sidium of the World Zionist Organization. She has two institutions in Israel in her name. A day care center in Ramlah was built by her family in honor of her 60th birthday. Upon completion of her term as na- tional president of Na'amat/USA, she was hon- ored by Na'amat with a ded- ication of the Frieda Leemon Timon Technical High School in Lod.
