married recently at Pine
Lake Country Club, West
Bloomfield. Rabbi Dannel
Schwartz officiated at the
ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of
Henry and Sandra Wormser
of West Bloomfield. The
groom is the son of David and
Sue Berman of Scottsdale,
Ariz. Carolann's grand-
mother, Meta Wormser, of
Vineland, N.J., was a special
guest at the wedding.
Lisa Cooper, a longtime
friend of the bride, was the
maid of honor. Claudia Ber-
man, Theresa Manly, Bar-
bara Marcus, Victoria Matta,
Michelle Nelson, and Judy
Wormser were the brides-
maids.
Tom Lemke of Scottsdale
was the best man. Evan

After a honeymoon in

The Conservative Movement
will begin its Thursday lunch
and learn Torah study 12:30
p.m. Oct. 21, at the Federa-
tion building.
Participants will study the
weekly Torah portion, using
traditional and contemporary
sources. Sessions will be led
by Rabbi William Gershon
from Shaarey Zedek, Rabbi
Elliot Pachter from B'nai
Moshe, Rabbi Aaron Berg-
man, Beth Abraham Hillel
Moses and Hillel Day School
as well as other area rabbis
and educators on a rotating
basis.
