An Israel-Michigan Political
Affairs Committee mass meet-
ing will be 7 p.m. Sept. 20 at

An Apples and Honey Party:
Reform Havurah mass meeting
will be 7 p.m. Sept. 21 at Hillel.
A Sephardim mass meeting
will take place 8 p.m. Sept. 21

A Volunteers in Action Hillel

The Jewish Law Students

A United Jewish Appeal
mass meeting will take place

Yom Kippur services will be
as follows: 7:10 p.m. Sept. 24,
Conservative services at the
Power Center; all others at Hil-
lel.
The Yom Kippur break fast
will be 8:30 p.m. Sept. 25. Grads
and Young Professionals will
meet in the Lawyers' Club at
the Law Quad at 8:45 p.m.; un-
dergrads will meet at Hillel at
8:30 p.m. Reservations and pay-
ment are due by Sept. 15.
Israeli Dancing will be
taught 10 p.m. Sept. 26 at Hil-
lel. There is a charge.

Intern Program
For Students

The Orthodox Union/Institute
for Public Affairs' Internship
Program is seeking to place Or-
thodox Jewish college students
in Washington, D.C., offices this
summer. The Internship pro-
gram involves outstanding
young adults in the political
process and provides a link be-
tween our nation's capital and
the Jewish community.
Applications for the summer
of 1994 are now available. Ap-
plicants must be sophomore or
junior in college and are re-
quired to submit letters of rec-
ommendation from academic
advisers and to outline work
done for Israel and the Jewish
community. Deadline for sub-
mission of applications is Feb.
15, 1994.
