STEPPIN' OUT

The Steppin' Out Celebrity
Shoe Auction will be held 6
p.m. Sept. 14 at the Royal
Oak Music Theater. Steppin'
Out is a non-profit organiza-
tion that raises money to
benefit people with AIDS
and HIV. There will be food,
entertainment and inter-
esting shoes. Sandy
Schreier helped secure
some of the shoes from
celebrities. Some of the do-
nors include: Bette Midler,
Robert De Niro, Elmore
Leonard, Willie Nelson,
Bob Seger, Madonna and
Isiah Thomas. Gayle
Harte is the chairman of
