Ms. Dubin, former city editor of The Jewish News, has been Federation com- munications director since 1977. She holds the Women in Communications Detroit chapter Healiner Award and the Malcolm Bingay Award from the Journalism Department of Wayne State University. The presentation will honor a lifetime of commitment to philanthropic and commu- nity causes.
