Systematic Training for Effective
Parenting (F3-21)
Learn to understand why children
misbehave and specific techniques to help
solve these problems. This class is
appropriate for parents of elementary school
aged children. All materials are provided.
Class size is limited. You can learn a lifetime
of techniques in this 8-week course. Held at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek, Southfield.

FOR FAMILIES OF MIDDLE &
HIGH SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN
Certified Babysitting (F3-22)
This class is designed for students 11 years of
age or older. They will learn: basic first aid,
how to handle emergency situations, general
child care, appropriate Jewish stories and
practices. Students will receive a Red Cross
CPR certification card on successful
completion of the class, as determined by
the instructor. Space is limited.

Kaplan PSAT/SAT
Prep Course (F3-23)

The SAT is changing. The
Stanley Kaplan prep course is designed to
help students perform to the best of their
ability. This class provides personalized
instruciton, practice SAT tests (the new
version), home study materials, test-taking
strategies and practice, practice, practice.
Unlimited use of Kaplan materials and
facilities until graduation from high school.
October 16 is the exam.
