meeting of the Federation
board of governors, which
established the William
Avrunin Federation
Professional Development
Fund.
Ms. Dubin, former city
editor of The Jewish News,
has been Federation com-
munications director since
1977. She holds the Women
in Communications Detroit
chapter Healiner Award
and the Malcolm Bingay
Award from the Journalism
Department of Wayne State
University.
