He joined the Fred Silber Company as general counsel in 1978. He was the principal manager for the company business at the Detroit Grand Prix, Michigan State Fair, Downtown Hoedown and many Detroit Ethnic Festivals as well as Bingo Enterprises of America. He was a member of the Oakland and Michigan Bar associations and was a graduate of the Detroit Col- N lege of Law in 1971. (JTA) — Rabbi Simon Greenberg, 92, vice chancellor • emeritus of the Jewish Theological Seminary and a leader of the Conser- vative movement, died in Jerusalem July 26. The Family of the Late THEODORE "TED" ISSACS Rabbi Greenberg held numerous positions at JTS and in Jewish organizations in America and Israel, and he became known as an institu- tion builder, visionary and leading spokesman for Con- servative Judaism.
