WERE FIGHTING FOR 'CUR LIFE American Heart Association The Sisterhood of Congrega- tion B'nai Moshe will honor Ilona Goldman at a lbrah Fund Dinner 6 p.m. June 21 at the synagogue. Ilona will be presented with this year's Torah Fund Benefactor Pin. The Women's League An- nual Torah Fund campaign raises funds for the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. A two-year project has begun to convert the cur- rent area used by students and faculty for services into a sacred space. At this year's dinner, a video presentation called "A Sacred Space" will be presented. There is a charge for the dinner and a minimum dona- tion to Torah Fund is required for sisterhood members. The brunch will support Neve Yerushalayim, the world's largest school for in- tensive women's Jewish studies. Speakers will include Rabbi Manis Thaler from Jerusalem and Rabbi Dov Loketch. A video of the new Neve Campus will feature greet- ings from Rabbi Yaakov Levi, formerly of Oak Park, cur- rently residing in Jerusalem and teaching at Neve. Baby- sitting will be available.
