Family Picnic
At B'nai Moshe

The second annual family pic-
nic of Congregation B'nai
Moshe will be held 11 a.m.-3
p.m. June 13 at the syna-
gogue. The day is jointly spon-
sored by the membership
committee, LIFE Program,
Yachad and Ahavah. Activi-
ties are planned for every age
group.

T'chiyah Selects
New Officers

Harold Gurewitz was elected
president of Congregation
T'chiyah at the Reconstruc-
tionist synagogue's annual
meeting. He succeeds Sandy
Hansell, who will continue to
serve on the board of
directors.
Dolly Katz was elected to a
first term as vice president,
and Nathaniel Warshay and
Corinne Asher were elected
to additional terms as
secretary and treasurer,
respectively.
Toby Citron and Roz
Schindler were elected to
three-year terms, and Carol
Weisfeld was elected to a one-
year term.
Elected to the religious ser-
vices committee for 1993-94
were: Benjamin Ben-Baruch,
Sara Friedman, Esther
Fuchs, David Goodman,
Lydia Meyers, Renee Robbins,
Jordan Rossen and Jeffrey
Schenk. Elected to the
Nominating Committee for
1993-94 were: Mary Ellen
Gurewitz, Betty Schenk and
Fred Schwarz.
Founded in 1976, Congrega-
tion T'chiyah is located at
1035 St. Antoine at Monroe.
