Lightly grease 9x9x2-inch
baking pan. Heat cream, milk
and sugar in medium
saucepan until tiny bubbles
form at sides of pan. Add
white chocolate. Stir to melt
and combine and remove from
heat. Cool slightly. Mix eggs
and yolks and gradually
whisk into cooled cream mix-
ture. Set aside. Arrange bread
slices in prepared baking pan.
Pour half the cream-chocolate
mixture over and let bread
soak up mixture. Pour re-
maining mixture on top. Cov-
er with foil and bake at 275
degrees for 1 hour. Remove
foil and bake 25 minutes
longer at 250 degrees until top
is golden. Cool in refrigerator
for 45 minutes and cut into
squares, or serve at room tem-
perature. Prepare sauce: Melt
white chocolate in double boil-
er. Remove from heat and mix
in heavy cream. Serves 9.
