The Jewish Federation Apartments, Inc. will hold an annual
meeting of its membership on Wednesday, June 16, 1993 at
6:30 p.m. at the Lillian and Samuel Hechtman Federation
Apartments, 6690 West Maple Road, West Bloomfield,
Michigan for the purpose of electing members of the Board
of Directors and for the transaction of such other business as
may properly come before the meeting.

be nominated for election by a petition signed by not less
than fifty (50) members of the corporation and filed with
Marsha Goldsmith, Executive Director, not less than ten
(10) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting. Only one
(1) person may be nominated by each such petition and no
nomination shall be valid unless the nominee shall have
consented to such nomination.
