Hadassah's 14th animal Ten-
nis Iburnament will be held
at Franklin Fitness and Rae-,
quet Club June 1-3. The tax-
deductible entry fee includes
lunch on June 1, continuous
refreshments on all days, T-
shirts and the competition.
Proceeds help support
cancer research at Hadassah-
Hebrew University Medical
Center in Jerusalem. Tro-
phies will be awarded to all
finalists in the main draw

SALMON WITH CILANTRO-LIME SAUCE

HELLMANN'S° Mayonnaise is the cook's
secret to this easy and festive fish dish.

1 medium tomato, seeded
and diced
4 salmon or halibut steaks
(about 6 oz. each),
3/4-inch thick
MAZOLA° NO STICK'
cooking spray

In medium bowl combine mayonnaise, cilantro and lime juice. Transfer

1/2 cup to a small bowl and stir in tomato: set aside. Brush fish steaks
with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Spray large skillet with cooking
spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add fish. Cook, turning once,
8 minutes or until fish is firm but moist. Serve with cilantro-lime sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
