israel, a member of the
Knesset and founder and
head of the Citizens'
Rights Movement, the
leader of the Merez coali-
tion. In addition, she is a
founding member of the
Israel Association of
Secular Humanistic
Judaism as well as a
leading feminist, activist,
writer and a defender of
civil liberties and human
rights in Israel.
