recently at Congregation
Beth Shalom. Rabbis David
Nelson of Beth Shalom and
Sam Fraint of the Congrega-
tion Moriah co-officiated
along with Cantor Samuel
Greenbaum.
The bride is the daughter of
Diane and Al Sasson of Birm-
ingham. The groom is the son
of Sharon and Bob Dorfman
of Highland Park, Ill.
Rachel's sister, Miriam, was
maid of honor. Bridesmaids
were, Jill Coltun, Ellen Dorf-
man, Rachel Dorfman, Debra
Levitt, Andrea Schindel, Ju-
lie Weingarden and Carolyn

Weisberg.
The best man was Ari
Kaplan. Ushers included
David Coltun, Rob Cash,
David Kaplan, Steven Katz,
Alan Sasson, Michael Sasson
and Joel Spitz.
The bride graduated from
University of Wisconsin at
Madison and is assistant
director of the American
Jewish Congress in Chicago.
The groom graduated from
Emory University in Atlanta,
and University of Illinois
Medical School, Chicago,
where he is presently a third
year resident.
The couple reside in
Chicago.

Jessica Linda Auker and Eric
Scott Linder, son of Barbara
and Allan Linder of East
Brunswick, N.J., formerly of
Farmington Hills, were mar-
ried recently. The ceremony
was performed by Rabbi Louis
Lederman and Cantor Simon
Bergman at Temple Beth
Sholom, Las Vegas, Nev., with
a reception following at the
Excalibur Hotel.
Tara Appleblatt was maid of
honor and Caren Iskowitz
and Beth Linder, sisters of the
groom, served as bridesmaids.
Christopher Darcy was the
best man. Ushers were Den-

nis Linder, brother of the
groom, and Craig Iskowitz,
the groom's brother-in-law.
The bride is a graduate of
Monroe High School. She
received her bachelor's degree
from Stockton State College.
Jessica is employed by Cold-
well Banker Schlott Realtors.
The groom is a graduate of
East Brunswick High School
and served four years in the
U.S. Air Force. Eric is
employed by the City of Las
Vegas as a police officer.
The couple took a wedding
trip to Jamaica. They reside
in Las Vegas.
