The next Shabbat Service will be held on Friday, April 9, 8:30 p.m. at Beth Abraham Hillel
Moses,_5075 W. Maple Road in West Bloomfield. Mr. David Bergman will speak during the
Oneg Shabbat. His speech is titled, "A Survivor Offers New Perspectives on the Holocaust."
Mr. Bergman is an accomplished speaker on the Holocaust. In 1944 he and his family were de-
ported from Czechoslovakia to Nazi death camps in Germany and Poland. Mr. Bergman has
dedicated himself to educating people about the Holocaust and has developed extensive curricula
on the topic. He has presented his work to numerous groups, including the National Council of
Social Studies Teachers at the University of Michigan.
