Last week, he got his wish when AJE formed two new vehicles to im- plement the findings of last year's Giles Commission on Jewish Education and take Detroit suc- cessfully into the next century. A new con- sortium was called for by the Giles Commission, a 10-member Federation panel, chaired by Dr. Conrad Giles.
