MARCH MADNESS

SA

Let Fidelity handle it.

You've got a neighbor in the
mortgage business. Someone you trust.
Fidelity Bank.
No need to search high and low.
Our rates are competitive. We offer a full
range of mortgage plans. And the time
has never been better.
Interest rates are at their lowest
level in almost two decades. That makes
buying a home more affordable. Or, you
can refinance your current home - to
reduce your monthly payments, or
build equity.
Fidelity makes it easy. We'll pre-
qualify you within 24 hours. Once you
apply we'll provide you with a mortgage
commitment letter and, if you like, lock in
your rate for at least 45 days. Your home
will be appraised within about two weeks.
And we'll have your mortgage ready to
close about two weeks after that!
If you're thinking of refinancing, or
if you'd like an analysis to see how much
you could save at today's rates, call
Richard Stecker, Assistant Vice President,
Mortgage Division at 642-6733. He'll
arrange to meet at a time and place
convenient to you, to answer any ques-
tions you might have. After all, that's
what neighbors are for.
