Very soon the people of the State of Israel will welcome the
members of the historic Michigan Miracle Mission which, to my knowledg

I of an unprecedented magnitude.

The Jewish community of Detroit has stood at Israel's
throughout decades of struggle and achievement. We are overjoyed that so
many of you will witness the fruits of our long and loving association.

I can think of no finer expression of our partnership than

have you among us as we celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the

Jewish nation.
To those of you who will be visiting Israel for the first time,

I wish a special Bruchim Ha'abayim - Welcome - with the hope that it
will be only the beginning of many more such visits.
To all of you, a warm and personal greeting of N'seeah

Happy journey!
