Eisner, of Birmingham, chief execu- tive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Universal Standard Medical Laboratories, Inc. died Feb. 18. He was 55. Mr. Eisner had been CEO of USML since June 1991 when the company was formed by Mr. Eisner and WestSphere Capital Associates through the acquisition of another labo- ratory company.
