Emanu-El PTO
Plans Events

The Parent Temple Organiza-
tion (PTO) of Temple Emanu-
El will host "It's My Temple,
Too!" 10:45 a.m. March 7. Led
by Rabbi Lane Steinger,
children ages 2-5 and their
parents spend one-half hour
each month exploring the
sanctuary and learning about
what it means to pray.
Families do not need to be
members of Temple Emanu-
El to participate in this pro-
gram. A light kiddush follows
the program.
The PTO will sponsor their
annual Purim Carnival 11:30
a.m.-1:30 p.m. March 7. The
carnival will feature games
and prizes; lunch will be
available for purchase. The
students in the Stepping
Stones outreach program will
also be participating in the
festivities.

Teachers' Connection," a
study group for Hebrew
teachers in the Detroit
metropolitan area, is a
colloquium on the teach-
ing of Hebrew on all levels
at day schools and at sup-
plementary schools.
