staff changes.
Former Program Adminis-
trator Andrea Rosner has
become the administrator at
Hechtman Federation Apart-
ments. She has been with the
agency since March 1992. She
holds a master's of social
work in administration from
Wayne State University and
has extensive administrative
and clinical experience.
Penny Feldman, former
marketing coordinator, has
been promoted to program ad-
ministrator. A Wayne State
University graduate, Ms.
Feldman began her associa-
tion with JFA in July 1991 as
the Chanukah Bazaar coor-
dinator. She is responsible for (
facilitating interagency con-
nections, implementing the
new transportation pilot pro-
gram and coordinating the
annual JFA Jackier Senior
Camping Experience at
Butzel Conference Center.
NCSY Holds
Shabbaton
Detroit members of NCSY
will attend a Shabbaton in
Cincinnati Feb. 19-20. A con-
tingent of Yachad, a division
of developmentally disabled
youth, will also attend.
