No relation to one of her bosses, but sister here in Detroit, Marlene, is also a Gilbert, married to op- tometrist Dr. Sidney Gilbert . . . her brother, Howard Bar- ron, and sister-in-law; Eleanor, also live here . . . Diana was the first Jewish girl in the Bartender's Association in Michigan. What has all this to do with a popular restaurant in the Lake Worth area where Detroiters and ex-Detroiters like to congregate, eat good food and meet others from back home? . . .
