Lockmans Speak
At Beth El

The rise of extremism in Ger-
many will be the focus of an
address by Stuart and Deena
Lockman 8 p.m. Feb. 19 at the
Brotherhood Shabbat Service
at Temple Beth El.
The Lockmans have recent-
ly returned from Germany
where, as part of a 30-member
Anti-Defamation League fact-
finding mission, they met
with German and Jewish of-
ficials to discuss the problem
of extremism and the role
American Jews might play in
its solution.
Stuart Lockman is a
member of the ADL National
Executive Committee; Deena
Lockman serves on the
Michigan Regional Board.
The Lockmans' presentation
and the Brotherhood Shabbat
Service are open to the public
at no charge.
A Brotherhood Shabbat
Dinner, open to brotherhood
members, temple members
and guests, will precede the
service. There is a charge for
the 6:15 p.m. dinner; reserva-
tions are necessary. To
reserve, call Steve Fish,
357-5522.
