lectable white wine sauce, topped with soft
cooked orzo pasta and crisp garlic-scented
bread crumbs make an elegant company
casserole. Orzo, rice-shaped pasta available
at many Giant Food supermarkets or specialty
shops, is also called melone because of its re-
semblance to melon seeds. Complement the
veal with a beautiful puree of beets and car-
rots and in place of a tossed salad, offer an ar-
tistically arranged platter of room
temperature vegetables, lightly steamed
and drizzled with a Caesar vinaigrette.
The menu is designed to be eaten with a
fork, so if you are short on table space, guests
can balance their plates on their laps. For easy
handling, wrap the forks in the napkins and tie
them with ribbon, lace, yarn or beads. grange
them on the table in a pretty bowl or basket.
For a grand finale, bring Frozen Choco-
late Chunk Meringue Mousse from the
freezer and smother each piece in thick, vel-
vety hot caramel fudge sauce. Then sit back
and enjoy the fun while the bridal couple
opens the gifts and finds imaginative ways to
fuel love's fire 'round the clock.

To make ice tea wreath: Make tea as directed in
punch, reserving 4 cups. Stir 2 cups water into tea.
Pour enough tea into a 6-cup ring mold to fill about
2/3 full. Refrigerate remaining tea. Freeze mold un-
til firm. Arrange fruits over top. Pour in enough re-
maining tea to within 1/4-inch of top of mold (you
may not use it all). Freeze firrn. To unmold, dip briefly
in cool water, invert onto sheet of heavy foil, turn
right side up, wrap in foil and refreeze until serving.

To make punch: Place tea bags in a heatproof bowl,
pitcher or non-aluminum saucepan. Pour boiling wa-
ter over and stir in sugar. Let steep until tea reach-
es room temperature. Remove tea bags. Pour 4 cups
of the tea into a glass measure or pitcher for ice mold.
