Jewish cultural tradition
which originated in medieval
Spain, will perform 7:30 p.m.
Nov. 22 at the Birmingham
Temple. There will be an
afterglow with the performers
following the concert. There

The Minneapolis-based en-
semble has performed
throughout North America
and Europe since 1987. The
director and vocalist David
Harris sings in Ladino..
Spanish and Hebrew; guitar-
ist Scott Davies adds a
flamenco flavor; percussionist
Mick LaBriola works with
Moroccan and Arabic drums;
and dancer Judith Brin In-
gber captures the character of
the Sephardic heritage with
her costumes and choreog-
raphy.
