Bussell-Myers

Kasey Lynn Myers and David
Louis Bussell were married
recently at Bay Pointe Golf
Club in West Bloomfield. Rab-
bi Dannel Schwartz officiated.
Kasey is the daughter of
Richard and Judy Myers of
Hinsdale, Ill. David is the son
of Joan and Joel Bussell of
Southfield.
The best man was Jeffrey
Bussell, brother of the groom.
Groomsmen included Roy
Shelef and Evandro Silveira,
brothers of the groom; and
Michael Beckman, Howard
Hubert, Mark Hubert, Ron
Glaser, Benjamin Wilenkin
and Andrew Cohen.
Kelly Johnson, sister of the
bride, was the matron of

honor. The bridesmaids in-
cluded Kim Wycoff, Kris
Myers and Kara Cook, sisters
of the bride; Elana Shelef and
Julie Bussell, sisters of the
groom; and Evelyn White.
Flower girls were Rachel and
Christine Johnson, nieces of
the bride. Also participating
in the ceremony were the
groom's grandparents, Mrs.
Gertrude Beckman and Mr.
and Mrs. Harry Bussell.
Kasey is a project engineer
with Defiance Corporation in
Troy; David is a mechanical
engineer with National Steel
- Great Lakes Division.
The couple are residing in
West Bloomfield.

14th annual Alicia Joy
Techner Memorial Parenting
Conference 7:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at
the temple. Michael Brand-
wein, educator/consultant,
will speak on "How To Have
Great Communication With
Your Kids Without Losing
Your Hair Or Your Mind."
Michael Brandwein's
presentation developed from
direct experience in working
with young people for nearly

a quarter of a century. He also
has served for two years as a
writer and performer for a
children's educational TV pro-
g•am in Chicago.

This is a free program
designed for parents, grand-
parents, educators and youth
leaders. It is sponsored by the
Alicia Joy Techner Memorial
Fund, established in memory
of Ilene and David Techner's
daughter Alicia.
