A Michigan Department of Public Health team this month conducted a resurvey of Borman Hall, following an August inspec- tion that gave the Home four Level A deficiencies. The most re- cent survey found another Level A deficiency, in the area of infec- tion control, and removed a for- mer Level A deficiency in dietary services.
