from Ethiopia trained as a nursery
school aide -- her training funded in
part by Detroiters through the Allied
Jewish Campaign.



Henry Ford II was remembered with affection at the dedication of a park in his memory in
Detroit's Project Renewal city of Yavne. Attendees included Max Fisher, Jane Sherman, Knesset
member Meir Shitrit and Kathleen Duross Ford.
