Carlos Rizowy Kadima, Koach Hear Dr. Rizowy National Public Radio political commentator Carlos Rizowy will address a gather- ing of the Kadima and Koach sections of the Jewish Federa- tion Women's Divison on behalf of the Allied Jewish Campaign 9:15 a.m. Oct. 26 at the home of Linda Schafer.
