on the walls should be
carefully observed and

potentially
demonstration is to take
place, the Israel Philhar-
monic Orchestra should be
flown in and a free concert
provided for the population.
The new set of military in-
structions concludes with an-
nouncement of a course in eti-
quette, manners and
politeness for all members of
the armed forces. Attendance
is compulsory, please. ❑
