Lisa Bradley, 21, former
Detroiter of Scottsdale, Ariz.,
died Sept. 10. She was an ac-
tive member of B'nai B'rith
Youth Organization (BBYO)
in both Michigan and
Arizona, a past president and
vice president of Wise BBG;
and she served on the
Phoenix Council of BBYO.
A graduate of University of
Arizona, she was a member of
Alpha Delta Pi sorority, a
volunteer at Tucson Psychia-
tric Institute, Ronald McDon-
ald House and Phoenix Child-
ren's Hospital.
She leaves her mother, Lin-
da Wilson of Scottsdale, Ariz.;
fathers, Edward Wilson of
Scottsdale, Irving Bradley of
Naples, Fla.; sister, Stacy
Wilson of Scottsdale;
brothers, Mark Wilson of San
Antonio, Texas, Scott Wilson
of Niceville, Fla.; grand-
parents, Lawrence Goldberg
of Detroit, Phil and Irene

Ernest Gans

Ernest J. Gans, 100, of
Southfield, died Sept. 9. An
attorney, he graduated law
school in Germany, in 1920,
and practiced law in Berlin
from 1921 to 1938 when he
came to New York. He moved
to Detroit in 1940.
He became production
manager for National
Greeting Card Co. until he
retired in 1962. In 1962 he
was readmitted to the Ger-
man Bar while living in
America and represented
former Holocaust victims in
the German courts until
1987.
He lived in Pleasant Ridge
from 1947-1990 and was a life
member of Temple Beth El,
and a board member of Reset-
tlement Service of the Jewish
Welfare Federation.
He leaves his wife, Edith;
daughter and son-in-law,
Margaret and Walter M.
Stark of Huntington Woods;
sisters, Klaere Koppel of Ger-
many, Gertrude Ganz-
Schwartz of Belgium; four
grandchildren; eight
great-grandchildren.
