Davidson has been named recipient of the Fred M. Butzel Memorial Award for Distinguished Community Service by the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. The award will be presented at the Federation annual meeting Oct. 1 at Congrega- tion Shaarey Zedek. Mr. Davidson is a past president of Shaarey Zedek. Past general chairman of the Allied Jewish Campaign (1974), Mr. Davidson served in many Campaign roles and on the boards of the Jewish Federation, Sinai Hospital and Jewish Vocational Service.
