Bloomfield has been ap-
pointed director of the Novi
Concert Band.
Mr. Kopnick recently
retired from his job as high
school band director and
director of music in the Allen
Park Schools. During his
tenure, Mr. Kopnick's bands
and choirs earned many
awards. He also is an ad-
judicator for the Michigan
School Band and Orchestra
Association.
The Novi Concert Band is
comprised of adults of all ages
and backgrounds and meets
Tuesday nights for rehearsal.
