Refinancing can reduce your mortgage payment dra-
matically. For example, with a $75,000 mortgage,
lowering the rate by 2% means saving over $100 per
month! Or, if you have equity in your home, you could
keep your mortgage payment the same and get extra
cash for home improvements.
