Dr. Zuroff, an endodontist,
and Joanne, who recently
founded a seminar for cancer
patients, have long been
friends of the B'nai B'rith
Foundations. They
have been actively involved in

The speaker will be Jac-
queline Zeff, dean of liberal
arts at University of Michi-
gan — Flint. Her topic will
elate to Jewish students'
needs on campuses today and

Had Accomplice

Tel Aviv (JTA) — The
young Gaza Strip Arab who
allegedly stabbed to death
') 15-year-old Helena Rapp in
Bat Yam was remanded in
custody for 15 days by the
Tel Aviv Magistrates Court.
- The suspect, Fuad Abdul
Atti Amran, 19, allegedly
'Confessed to police and
implicated an alleged ac-
complice who was remanded
for five days.
Ms. Rapp was assaulted
while waiting for a bus to
school outside her home. The
'attack followed the non-fatal
stabbing of a yeshiva stu-
dent in Jerusalem and was
the third time in May that a
Jew was victim of a knife at-
tack by an Arab in Israel.
As the judicial process
ct)egan, heavily reinforced
police patrolled the streets of
