Is Bronfman Fellow

Jessica Lieberman, 16, a
junior at Community High
School in Ann Arbor, is one of
27 teen-agers in the United
States and Canada named to
receive 1992 Bronfman Youth
Fellowships under a program
designed to develop future
community leaders commit-
ted to the concept of Jewish
unity.
This summer, Jessica will
spend five weeks in Israel
with the Youth Fellowships
program launched six years
ago by Edgar M. Bronfman,
chairman of the Seagram
Company Ltd. and president
of the World Jewish Congress.

weekend Shabbaton retreat
June 19-21 called "Touching
Torah, Touching Light."

Foundation of Ann Arbor and
teacher of Judaic Studies;
Elliot Ginsburg, professor of
Judaic Studies at the U-M.
and author of The Sabbath
and the Classical Kabbalah;
Nancy Denenberg, a regis-
tered movement therapist or
the Feldenkrais method; and
Barbara Boyk, a workshop
leader specializing in
creating ceremonies.
