The first-level reading class will take place_ with Mrs. Laya Rosenberg at- 1 Young Israel of Southfield. Graduates of this course will be able to recognize, read and understand several corn- mon prayers, Hebrew phrases c and words. The course in Jewish con cepts also will begin that week. Participants will learn') the Jewish views of sexuality, the place of ritual in Judaism, the Shabbat and the soul. These classes will be held at Congregation Ohel Moed West Bloomfield.
