Dr. Geraldine Markel earn-
ed her doctorate in educa-
tional psychology from the
University of Michigan. She
is a senior research associate
at the Institute for Human
Adjustment, Reading and
Learning Skills Center and a
consultant at the Executive
O'Education Center of the
Graduate School of Business
at the University of
Michigan.

■ the Michigan affiliate of the
Association for Behavior
Therapy and a member of the
Ann Arbor chapters of
Hadassah and O.R.T. and has
,served on the board of the
rwashtenaw Community
U.J.A.
Dr. Sheldon Markel earned
this medical degree from the
University of Michigan
Medical School. Formerly the
head of the Department of
OPathology and director of
Clinical Laboratories at
Catherine McAuley Health
hSystems, he is president and
• CEO of Allegiance Corpora-
tion — a physician-hospital
organization — and a member
ofif the board of Mercy
Alternative.
He has served • on the
Michigan regional board of
