REAL ESTATE
UPDATE

Ray A. Fox, Licensed Realtor

ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP

QUESTION: I would like to
buy an apartment building,
but don't want to get involved
with managing it. How do I
approach this goal?
ANSWER: You can retain a
real estate management com-
pany to run the property for a
fee. Actually, a good manage-
ment company can effect sav-
ings through its wholesale
purchasing power and its pro-
fessional expertise. The fee is
reasonable and by using their
services you will find that real
estate will require no more of
your time than common stocks.
By handling real estate invest-
ments in this manner, you can
enjoy the tax advantages of real
estate with no time-consuming
management details.

A PROFESSIONAL manage.
ment company can elimi-
nate the headaches of own-
ing commercial property.
