LOUIS A. SCHULMAN, 64, of Southfield, died April 6. He is survived by his wife, Bever- ly; sons and daughters-in-law, Stewart and Diane of Ann Ar- bor, Dale and Diana of Ken- nasaw, Ga.; daughter, Caryn of Southfield; brother and sister-in-law, Morris and Catherine Garrison of North Miami Beach, Fla.; sister, Ethel Padavano of Milpitas, Calif.; three grandchildren. Morris Shillman, Longtime Attorney Morris H. Shillman, of Southfield, died April 5. He was 77. Mr. Shillman was an at- torney in practice for more than 50 years. He was one of the pioneers of the Workmen's Compensation Law, an early advocate for medical mal- practice litigation, and past chairman of the Selective Ser- vice Appeals Board. He was a member of B'nai B'rith, Perfection Lodge and Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He is survived by his wife, Esther of Southfield; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Ronald Steinberg of Bloomfield Hills; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Barbara of Bloomfield Hills; brother, Rudy of Oak Park; five grandchildren. Ethel Tyner, Bar-B-Q Owner Ethel Tyner, of Southfield, died April 5. She was 93. Mrs. Tyner was the former owner of Checker Bar-B-Q, a member of Congregation Shaarey Zedek, Zedakah Club, ORT and Hadassah. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Milton and Phyllis of Southfield; daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Aubrey Meyerson of Pacific Palisades, Calif.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph and Elsie Deutch, Samuel and Louise Deutch; sister, Selma Keil; six grand- children; five great-grand- children. Isadore Goode, Pontiac Lawyer Isadore L. Goode, of South- field, died April 3. He was 93. Mr. Goode was a practicing attorney in Pontiac for 44 years. He was a member of the board of directors of Tem- ple Beth Jacob in Pontiac and later became president for a two-year term. He was chair- man of the Oakland County draft board for 25 years and chairman of the Police Trial Board for eight years. Mr. Goode was admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington in the 1970s and was public ad- ministrator from 1937-39. He received two presidential cita- tions from Franklin D. Roosevelt. Past president of Pontiac Lodge of B'nai B'rith, Mr. Goode was a member of the American Arbitration Socie- ty and the American Judiciary Society. He is survived by his wife, Ida of Southfield; sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Conrad and Florence of Bloomfield Hills, Dr. Jason and Cyrille of Bloomfield Hills; daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Louis Soverinsky of South- field; brothers and sister-in- law Dr. Theodore and Ida of Flint, Ben of Potomac, Md.; sisters Dora Fischhoff of Oak Park, Eudice Fischhoff of Southfield, Ethel Epel of Hallandale, Fla., Miriam Rubenstein of Palm Springs, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
