Honors Local Couple
Mr. Horowitz, a national
vice president of the National
Council of Young Israel, has
been the president and is now
the board chairman of Young
Israel of Oak Woods. He is a
delegate and a past officer of
the Young Israel Council of
Metropolitan Detroit. He is
the president of the Young
Israel Minyan Breakfast
Club, and the president of its
men's club.
