The Midrasha-College of
Jewish Studies, a division of
the Agency for Jewish Educa-
tion, will host a sing-along, an
evening of Israeli and Jewish
songs for the community, 7
p.m. March 22 at the United
Hebrew Schools Sigmund and
Sophie Rohlik Building.
Families and children over
the age of 5 are welcome.
The evening will be divided
into two parts; the first is in-
tended for Americans who are
not familiar with most Israeli
songs and want to learn.
The second part, beginning
at 8:30 p.m. will focus on sing-
ing rather than teaching.
Songs books will be provided
in English, Hebrew and
Hebrew transliteration.
The coordinator of the even-
ing is Nira Lev. There is a fee;
no charge for children under
18. Refreshments will be
served.
