Ms. Aloni was among the more than 100 names sub- > mitted to the Peace Prize Committee in Oslo. Ms. Aloni was cited for her accomplishments in bring- ing Jews and Arabs together at Israel's Ulpan Akiva in Netanya, which she heads. Jews study Arabic with Arab instructors. The winner of this year's Nobel Peace Prize will be announced in Oslo on Oct. 10, and the award will be presented at ceremonies in December.
