PASSOVER NEWS

From

Quality Kosher Catering

Meeting a need for more
family time at Passover

Think of Passover and you think of families — parents, children, grand-
parents, aunts, uncles, cousins — gathered together for the seder. This has
been our tradition over centuries of Jewish history.
"Passover is," as Paul G. Kohn of Quality Kosher Catering puts it sim-
ply, "a unique family-oriented holiday."
And that, he explains, is why having Quality prepare the Pesach feast
has been a tradition over many years for families throughout the community.
"We do the cooking in our kitchen so you can spend much less time
in your own," he explains. "That's our role and we are privileged to fulfill
it. Especially during this once-o-year occasion, families should enjoy one
another's company as much as possible. According to our heritage, the
seder gathering is truly precious family time."
In keeping with that philosophy, every aspect of Quality Kosher Cater-
ing's client services is predicated on meeting all Passover meal needs with
ultimate efficiency and convenience.
This is a pledge that goes beyond excellent foods according to
treasured old world recipes and adding delicious new choices of the
Passover menu. It also requires an innovative time-saving system for the
benefit of Passover clients.
