Aaron Levin, Physicist American Red Cross Parents for Torah for All Children. "P'TACH," is a national non-profit organization which provides secular and Jewish education for children with learning disabilities who are enrolled in our schools. Before P'TACH existed, the doors of almost all day schools were indeed closed to children with all levels of learning disabilities, and the parents of these special children were often frustrated by a community that failed to recognize the need for providing special educational programs in our schools. Now, through P'TACH, the doors of our schools are "OPEN" to all our children. Fred Stocker, Market Owner A. LC 0 7 (313) 626.9050 m 29594 Orchard Lk. Rd. Imm.1. 1 NEWS 1" ..m' Syrians Ignore French Demands Paris (JTA) — French For- eign Minister Roland Dumas apparently got nowhere when he raised two issues of Jewish concern with the for- eign minister of Syria last week during a visit to Damascus. The Syrians denied, as they have in the past, any knowledge of the whereabouts of Nazi war criminal Alois Brunner, who found haven in Syria more than 35 years ago. With respect to the mistreatment of Syria's Jew- ish community an.d, specifically, the continued imprisonment of two Jewish brothers, Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa reportedly "took notice" of Dumas' complaints.
