Cheryl Mehler joyfully an-
nounce the birth of their
daughter, Jordyn Elizabeth.
Their joy is shared by grand-
parents, Arlene and Albert
Levenson of West Bloomfield,
and Diane and Alvin Cabot of
Farmington. Jordyn Eliza-
beth is named in loving
memory of her paternal
great-grandmothers, Sarell
Karbal and Rose Mehler.

Dies Of Wounds

Tel Aviv (JTA) — A Fijian
soldier attached to United
Nations peacekeeping forces
in Lebanon has died of
wounds incurred when he
was caught in cross fire bet-
ween. the Israel Defense
Force and Hezbollah guer-
rillas in southern Lebanon
last month.
