were married recently at Bay
Pointe Golf Club in West
Bloomfield. Rabbi Harold
Loss and Cantor Harold Or-
bach officiated.
Marcy is the daughter of
Helene and Stephen Spitz of
Southfield. Douglas is the son
of Judee and Robert Stern-
berg of Southfield.
Elissa Tobes was the maid
of honor. Bridesmaids were
Shari Goldstein, Debbie Karr,
Michelle Levy, Linda Rosen,
Kim Rosenfeld, Pam
Rosenfeld, Sandra Roth, Eva
Solomon, Sarah Spitz, Amy
Sternberg, Jennifer Stern-
berg, sister of the groom, and
Robin Sternberg.
Jeffrey and Randall Stern-
berg, brothers of the groom,
were the best men. James
Hooberman, David Rosenfeld,
Kevin Spitz, brother of the
bride, Robert Tannenbaum
and Warren Zide were the
groomsmen.
Also participating in the
ceremony were Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Niskar and Mr. and
Mrs. Phillip Spitz, grand-
parents of the bride, and Mr.
Joseph Sabbath and Mr.
Henry Sternberg, grand-
fathers of the groom.
Following a Caribbean
cruise and camping trip in
Algonquin Park, the couple
are residing in Royal Oak.
