volunteer work.
CSS will have a "Singles
Sabbath" and oneg social 8
p.m. Feb. 28 at the Birm-
ingham Temple. Members of
CSS will take part in the ser-
vice and explain the group's
volunteer projects with Yad
Ezra, Jewish Ensemble
Theatre, Special Olympics,
Humane Society, Capuchin
Kitchen, and a fund-raising
activity for the Children's
Leukemia Foundation.

Blood Drive, CPR
At Shaarey Zedek

The Sisterhood and Men's
Club of Congregation
Shaarey Zedek will offer
"Save One Life," a blood drive
and CPR class, March 8 at the
synagogue.
The blood drive will be 9
a.m.-3 p.m. in the Morris
Adler Hall. The CPR class
will be 9:30 a.m.-noon and
will provide instruction on
the Heimlich Maneuver and
cardiac resuscitation. The in-
structors are being provided
by Sinai Hospital. There is a
charge.
